Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh flat rice noodles
  • 100 g sliced chicken/beef or shrimp
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Scallion

Directions

  1. Mix the sauces and pepper.
  2. Sauté garlic and protein; scramble in the eggs.
  3. Add noodles and sauce. Toss quickly but gently.
  4. Add sprouts and scallion. Serve.
